And I'll start it off. ;D Got my 7.4 20c 2200mah lipo and low voltage alarm today. Ordered from www.cheapbatterypacks.com/. It took 6 days from the time it was ordered. Fits snug in a G&G crane stock and with plenty of room in my DBoys crane stock.

Nope. Just 7.4v. I don't think I'll go 11.1v until I build a CQB gun. The rate of fire on the 7.4 seems to be a little less than a 9.6. But, not that big of a difference. I agree though, I don't think I'd use anything but lipo now.

I recently got a new Radio that I am really happy with. It is the Motorola GP68. It is a fully programmable 5 watt radio. Mine is the UHF version. It came with a charger, radio, battery. There are a lot of resources online to tell you how to program the thing and they can be programed on the talkabout channels (although this is illegal and should never be done ). media.photobucket.com/image/motorola%20gp68/veilside5/PICT0011.jpg?o=1

Very nice. I really need to free up some cash for one of those. Can you adjust the wattage lower?

Rig, you can transmit in low power. I dont know what the wattage is, but it does extend the battery life. Although on hi power (clearer voice transmission) it still lasts all day.

Oh and Rig, when you program it, make sure that you transmit and receive on the same channel. You can program it to do that (no idea why you would want to, unless its to relay stuff all the time). Last game I played it did that all morning and really messed with communicating with my squad.

Interesting. Maybe it's to monitor another freq and be able to transmit at the same time. I actually have a uhf radio that has a monitor but not transmit function. But, you have to change the channel to transmit. It's not field programable though and I can't see spending the hundred bucks to buy the software to change the frequencies.
