Ok folks, we have been working on streamlining the organization in hopes of having a very productive 2014. One of the things I've been noticing is games are being listed in random Facebook comments, shout boxes and sometimes on the game forums and this can be really confusing. The goal is to maximize attendance at these games and having things spread all over the place is not the way, so we are going old school on all you you FB hipsters. ;D
If you have a game that you want to promote, list it here on the main forums under upcoming games. If you are an outside group doing some form of co-op there is a forum for you as well. Post your game, date and any story line info, uniform restrictions etc etc. Also, use the first post and keep an updated roster of who is coming. Nothing sells a game more then a big list of people who say they are coming!
Feel free to paste the link from this forum in an add on the FB page, that's what it's there for, advertisement not planning of events. You can also message me and I 'll start an event notification on that page, it's a function I'm going to start utilizing.
Also, I'm going to put up a places to play thread for everyone to use. What this will be is a place to advertise your field with descriptions, pictures, and list all pertinent info such as location and directions, parking instructions, and field safety info etc etc. This is all the stuff that constantly is asked every time a game is booked in the same place and takes a lot of the organizers time to answer. When you book a game just drop the link from the places to play thread and let that answer all the basic questions.
