Ok, so I have a close family friend who owns a multi-billion dollar electrical company, and he wants to invest into another business. I have thrown the idea of buying a warehouse, filling it with old furniture and pallets, have a wavier and charge money for kids to play airsoft. And also have a shop at the warehouse. He is thinking about it. But I know he will want proof people will actually go. This is how I am going to help prove it. Anyone wanna help vote or PM me or post on the forum

First, there will have to be more than pallets and old furniture thrown into a void. If it had walls, halls, doors, windows and elevated positions on each end of the warehouse and an open area in the center with baracades, I would come. Second, I would NEVER attend at the prices that you have listed. $10 for the day & BYOB, yes.

I agree with Edge $10 for all day sounds great, BYOB or not. Since i have to buy bb's everytime i want to play anyways, but he must realize that a lot of income will come from the shop, especially if he finds a good technician and sells quality products including upgrades. Tactical gear would be lovely too.

thats why I am asking, Geez dont kill me for trying to get info. And yea, I was thinking about it last night. It would be like the one in California that have the plywood walls and such.
See I am not sure about having a shop there thats the thing.

Multi-Billion dollar electrical company? Skeleton forgive me for being skeptical but is this like the close friend you have who was gonna open up that sweet tunnel CDC training facility? If you get a dude to invest in a warehouse to play airsoft great, but honestly this isn't the first great idea that you've posted with 0 results.

I couldnt get a hold of that guy, he changed his phone number. But just look up the Gresham, and Progressive Electric in Charleston West Virginia. Or Joe Holland. The Gresham family first owned it.

Honestly this is not the place that you should gauge interest. Alot of people will say they will go on the forum, then you are left with 10 people a weekend. At 10 bucks that 100 dollars a weekend. Thats 400-500 dollars a month. No way to make money on a multi thousand dollar building.
If you were in say Columbus, OH you might actually make money. WV doesnt have the interest or the population to make money.
If you want a field, help Cody.

Don't knock his enthusiasm. He may have found the right guy this time. Someone who might be interested for several different reasons; tax write-off or he, (the owner) may even have an interest in airsoft himself. I know if I had that kind of money, I would go for this plan even if there was no ROI for the pure sake of furthering airsoft in this area. My 2 cents.

Look, Im not going to sugar coat it. You could have all the interest in the world, but if there is not the base for a business you will not survive. Its a fact of business.
Then you have the fact that most players do not want to pay to play. This would definitely be 15-20 bucks a day. If he can work this, great! But I am not holding my breathe.
