I would like to give a very big thanks to every one who made the trip out to MAM yesterday, we had just under 50 players who attended. I will be the first to say that things could have run a bit smoother but overall I think that the players conducted themselves well and I heard a whole lot of "nice shot" and kudos calls. I will say that it was great to meet some more of the WvA players and get to put a face to the name.
Some of the missions had a few confusing elements but people adapted very well and we do appreciate the feedback that players had given, those only help make the games better.
There was one incident that I would like to address as well. Before play I had stressed laid back and fun as the reason for being there and something we were proud of as far as our games. There was a very unfortunate incident where after investigating involved a LOT of absolutely inappropriate, hurtful and downright rude conduct by one player in response to an incident of being shot multiple times with his dead rag on. I am not going into the specifics however I will say I was extremely unhappy and saddened by the way this unfolded and it will and has been addressed on a team level.
Looking forward to hopefully see many of you again in the future.

did you actually play on the "darkside"?
oh and you STILL havent told us where that field in P'ville is at. :-)

I just wanted to say you guys have a great field and everybody at the event was great too. I came up with Lurker and the other guys from Proctorville . Meatgrinder was a challenge and the chopper gunner was a great part of the game. I hope i get the chance to come back and play with the Raiders again.

bub why didnt you intro yourself to any of us? did you actually play on the "darkside"? oh and you STILL havent told us where that field in P'ville is at. :-) i was on tan, i had dyed ACUs on and the feild in pville is kinda overgrown right now, but were gonna build some forts in it here soon and it will be ready to have events in by fall |

I also had a blast, I was at the crono checking guns in. For my first night game I had a blast throwing tracers at people. Thanks for coming up guys.

Morgy: i did talk to you at the chrono station. sure hope you didnt shoot me with the stuff you bought from me... that would suck.
all of us South Point guys are still waiting on an invite to that P'ville field.. you dragons aint scared of the old pointer dogs are ya? :-)
(thats a little local school rivalry for those who dont know.. )

No Sean, that was me that got you with the tracer. How did the muzzle flash look on the other end? I thought it looked cool so I kept it turned on. I figured it would make things more far considering I was using my NVGs.

LMAO hey Kyle yes you got me with your fancy NV and tracer rounds. pretty sure you got me once during the regular meatgrinder round as well.
but my friend i did paste you in that ditch in the first scenario and then Ryan & me hit your NV with that light when we got you in the dark game.
another fine time hanging with you guys.
ya know Ryan, demon & me are all gonna flip over at one of these events and run TAN... that aint gonna be much fun for somebody.... (wonder if Malice is seeing this? LOL sssssh dont tell him)

i loved the field, the setup is real nice and the field is in the shade so thats really good, i liked all the forts and bunkers, we was out numbered by 10 i think tho lol made it a lil harder on us for the gametypes we played, we will come back up there for sure, hopefully i can get my full squad up there next time
