None, they are the same except green gas has silicon pre added into the mixture for proper lubrication. Most propane adapters have a silicon fill port so you just add it yourself. I personally use propane because it is much cheaper and is pretty much the exact same.

If you are going to use it, you might want to switch all of your orings to teflon.
