Hey all,

Up for sale is my ICS M4. I have had it a while and am looking to get a different weapon. ICSs are really unique because they use a split gearbox design, based off of the TM design. This means they are easier to work on and spring swaps take about 2 mins or 30 secs if you have a spare upper gearbox. The only known defects with the gun are that the anti reverse latch is broken on the top. On ICS guns the bolt assist can release the ARL, letting the spring decompress. This feature allows for you to store your gun without damaging the gearbox or weakening the spring, if it is compressed. Also, there seems to be a problem with the air seal. I have an M110 in the gun, but it is only shooting at 300ish fps. My guess is that the air nozzle needs replaced, because it has a new hop up, cylinder head, piston head, and piston.

The gun has been upgraded with a UTG RIS and has been wired for a crane stock. I will included the battery, an intellect 9.6V 3800 Mah, hi cap, and stock carry handle.

I ask because I've got an ICS M4, and I'm interested to know if it's new enough for the parts to be compatible. Turbo 3K motor is a good indicator, though I'm sure you know that.

Mine is like an 05 I think, it came with the turbo 2000 motor. As far as I know all of the parts should be compatible. Right now it has a G&G motor in it. It seems like the pinion is wrong on the G&G motor to connect properly in the ICS gearbox (I think someone told me that), but it works most of the time and every once and a while it will lock up. Then you just hafta pop it open and hit the ARL and its good.

The pinion IS different, and due that the gears are actually different. One of the stranger ways that older ICS guns have some compatibility issues. Sadly, that has put a dent in my interest, but I'll think about it some. Thanks for answering my question.
