Not sure what to buy? Too many guns to chose from? Ask here. With that said. We're still not going to tell what to buy. But, We might be able to give you a little help and send you down the right path. Be warned though. If you ignore our suggestions and advice. The help well will dry up.

I was going to get a sniper cause they what I do, but when I borrowed a friends for a game and got kicked in the face by AEGs I rethought that. So I was going to get a JG G36C, then I got told ABS plastic guns arent worth it in the long run. So right now its between ICS M4, G&G M4, JG G36C, and an L96A1

Definite no on the sniper. It takes a lot of money to build a good one and you still won't gain much of an advantage if any. G36s are all made of a polymer body. Real and airsoft. If that's what you like, then that's what you should get. Echo1s are a little better on QC than JGs. But, my son had a JG and it was a solid gun.

Consider that many places have a 350-400 fps limit.. From what I've read.. I'm still a new guy too..

Oh, yea with the limit I will probably go with a G&G M4 Raider AEG. It is good and full metal. I will hopefully get it ordered tonight or tomorrow

I don't believe the raider has a metal body. But, don't let that put you off. My son has the raider and it's a solid gun. It will be his primary this season.

This is just my experience but FPS is the most overrated and unimportant factor when considering the purchase of a gun. I recently bought a marui off AO and with a 6.01 tbb it shoots at 271. That being said it outperforms most rifles on the field. This is not a "go buy a 500 dollar gun" post, just an illustration of how high FPS is not the most important thing to consider.
I don't know what your regulations are in WVA as far as FPS but in Ohio 400 is about the limit for most fields.

Agreed. Too bad retailers seem to push those fps limits more than most buyers. I'm not sure the limits would be so high in the south if high fps guns weren't cheap and available.

Your choice is good. Keep in mind, you'll need a smart charger to take care of that battery. G&G guns come with a 400 round magazine. You won't have to worry about running dry too often.

Make sure you get the right charger for lipos and more care is needed for them. Check out cheapbatterypacks.com if you're looking for lipo.
